Diane Jaquish helps clients succeed with their Social Security Disability, (SSDI) Supplemental Security (SSI), Veterans Administration Disability and Personal Injury claims throughout Ohio. Diane is admitted to practice before Ohio courts and the United States District Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of Ohio. She is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Ohio Women’s Bar Association and an active member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant’s Representatives (NOSSCR).
She works closely with the Epilepsy Foundation and the Traumatic Brain Injury Network; she has specialized knowledge about neurological disorders and injuries, and can help you prove how they limit you in your personal life and work. Her prior work in Workers’ Compensation law also gave her in-depth understanding of spine and joint disorders and injuries, and how they impact a person’s ability to function.
Diane brings her serious, detail – oriented mindset to every case; she can be counted on to put in the hard work needed to succeed to every case. In addition, she brings practical, real-world understanding of how legal processes work, and can explain for you how they will work for you. She completed her law degree at Capital University Law School and her undergraduate degree at Ohio State University. Prior to law school she worked as the Legislative Assistant to the Majority Whip in the Ohio House of Representatives, after running her own successful small business for 15 years. She has four (now adult) daughters and has been married to Lou for 30+ years. She is involved in her community and church and has corny ideas about her duty to help people.
