Tracy L. Turner, Of Counsel to Rosenberg & Ball Co., LPA in Granville, is highly experienced in education, employment and civil rights law, including comprehensive experience in university administrative proceedings and education and employment-related litigation. Tracy works closely with Eric Rosenberg representing students in university level Title IX disciplinary proceedings and lawsuits filed against universities that violate these students’ rights. Ms. Turner has represented students in disciplinary proceedings at public and private universities throughout the country. Ms. Turner received her B.A. from Miami University in 1995 and her J.D. from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1998. Ms. Turner was named a Rising Star® in 2012. When not assisting college students in university proceedings or court, Ms. Turner spends her time with her husband and three children. Ms. Turner volunteers her time at school and as a board member for the Central Ohio Chapter of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
