Rosenberg & Ball was founded by Eric Rosenberg in 2008. Mr. Rosenberg has well over 15 years of experience practicing law, with extensive trial and litigation experience, including a jury award of over $1,000,000. In July 2010, David Ball joined the firm in an Of Counsel status. Mr. Ball, the founder of Interfaith Legal Services, has more than a dozen years of experience practicing law, with an emphasis on Employment and Church Law. Mr. Ball brings to his legal work a professional background in ministry and chaplaincy, and his educational background which includes a Ph.D. in Systematic Theology. Diane Jaquish joined the firm in 2012 in an Of Counsel status. She has an extensive background in the areas of Social Security Disability and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) law. and personal injury. Her experience as a small business owner and work in the Ohio Legislature gives her a multi-level understanding of how the law works in the real world. Whether by illness or work injury, Ms. Jaquish knows how to demonstrate how each client's medical conditions limit his/her ability to function in the work world. Ellen Foell has been practicing law since 1982. Her background is in insurance litigation. She has developed a general practice in the greater Columbus Ohio area with an emphasis in nonprofit, wills and estate, and transactional law. Ellen joined Rosenberg & Ball in an Of Counsel status in January 2014. Tracy Turner joined the firm in 2015. Tracy is highly experienced in all aspects of labor and employment law, including comprehensive experience in traditional labor law and in employment related litigation in federal and state court, before state and federal administrative agencies and before arbitrators.
